Hello Readers! I’ve searched high and low for Costco Wholesale discounted lift tickets to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area But I may have found a solution!

Costco’s member only 5-day discounted Mammoth lift ticket purchase options. It looks like this applies to the 2018/2019 ski season and is a discounted 5-day pass that you can use within a 7-day period. Blackout dates apply, so I don’t believe this will work for the upcoming Christmas – New Year’s stretch. In fact, Mammoth Mountain is posting the following dates as “holiday rates” this season:

02/16/2018 & 02/17/2018 (President’s Day weekend)

It looks like ticket prices have jumped this year to $159/day. Wow! So five days would add up to $795 at full retail. But by purchasing online and in advance via Costco, it appears you can set yourself and your family up on one of these 5-day passes for only $450! That’s a huge savings!

Other options for discounted pricing include buying in advance online via Mammoth Mountain’s website on their “Purchase Lift Tickets” page. Nowadays you can keep your pass/ticket/card and just reload it online. This is extremely convenient, as the days of finding parking and having to start your morning with waiting in line at the ticket counter are over. Now just “reload” and head straight to your favorite ski lift!

But let’s say you are not able to stick around in Mammoth for an entire week. And the thought of getting 5-days in a row on the hill sounds amazing, but work and life just won’t allow it. Well a third option for discounted ticket pricing is at Liftopia. As of today, they are showing some great discounted pricing on Mammoth lift ticket starting with 1-day lift tickets as low as $79.20.

I hope this helps you save a few bucks while enjoying what is currently the “most open terrain in the country”!!! And meanwhile, I’ll continue looking for great ways to help you and your family save money for your next to Mammoth Lakes.
